The former Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho in Vilar - Cadaval, was restored to meet the need for accommodation in the West region, combining proximity to the beaches with the magnificent landscapes of the mountains and the tranquillity of the rural world.

Each wine tank or vat has been given the name of a Portuguese wine variety as a way of paying homage to the Oeste region, which is known for its viniculture and horticulture. Each room has been decorated in a unique way, keeping the original walls and floors of the old IVV tanks.
